Stress Pagi Pagi Tak Bagos
had an emergency kol from zahri aka manager in the morning about our current FYP situation. oh well went to skul den. researched done & now we know wat to do. thank god for the stress reliever in the afternoon thanks to nasser beg klasik, retroboi, fuad & zahri wen we he hanged out after skul. had a nice chillout session eating strudels for the 1st time at Ritz Apple Strudel. itz a to die for food item u all must try. noticed a lotta kool people coming out from Toni & Guy's hair academy nearby our makan place. b4 dat, retroboi was 'confronted' by the apek owner at 1 of this old spectacle shop.

another terok moment was wen sum1 farted toxic gas in the MRT man. kes makan petai, telor rosak, nasi basi peh bau combined into 1. i looked at retromamat & he was smirking. zahri was kool looking so i assumed it was him. HAHAHA!!! kidding kidding. whoever the culprit is, ought to be beaten. sori it wasn't me who farted aight.

1 House Raya Attack Of Gay-lang
after collecting nasserz jeans & altering mine, we 3 attacked our klasmate mardina's house ryte at the heart of geylang serai. since the whole krew couldn't come to her house laz monday since she was kat kampong, we decided to juz go ahead to her house. very nostalgic place & her home is very cosy. after a meal of KLASIK gado-gado, we 3 chilled & caught up wif her. fortunately, she juz got a job at changi airport. so glad for her. her nenek was extremely nice to cook us telor mata lembu to add on wif our gado-gado. i swear the egg cooked tasted exactly like the way my arwah nenek cooked it.
b4 goin to her house, we bought the stuff dat correctly represents the term 'buah tangan'. a bunch of bananas & 2 tin cans of cocktail is ok ryte? part pisang tak bleh angkat. hahaha....bananas are full of potassium kan. had a laf taking pix of nasser wif the bananas. so yeah, a klasik day wif da kool kidz & a pear pisang boy is born.

juz a day after the raya outing, the kidz & me had our NS medical check-up. wat perfect timing huh. to think bout it, salah timing giler beb. we ate at almost every house & all the calories didn't have the time to burn up in time for the check-up. of all the procedures that we have to go throughout the medical, i hate the blood test & the 'behind closed doors' affair. so after all the blardy crappy stuff, u'll get to no wat PES (physical employment standard) ur in. i still find all this whole PES thingy a buncha crap. so lantaklah, i juz wanna get thru diz whole NS ordeal & get it over with. no way i'm gonna sign on after my NS since i'm not ur 'otak military' guy.
so, my homie nasser got a pair of levi's brown corduroys & itz a white tab man! dammit, white tab nye jeans mana skarang bleh dapat beb. try going to any levi's store & wat are dey promoting? da stoopid N3BP jeans or wateva lah the name is. datz like the most wobble jeans levi's had ever produced in my opinion. if i had known better, i'd buy the silvertabs, white tabs & orange tabs back in the day....maybe i'm goin to this shop raihan intro-ed me & retrokid to & ask barry to design this old pair of Edwin jeans my gerek auntie gave me. itz weathered looking already but an added touch might be nicer i think.
so yeah, herez sum useless info for you gerlz out there. if u think ur the 1st person in the werld to see ur future husband naked, think again. for as low as it may sound, a CMPB officer is the 1st person to stare at ur future husbandz spare parts. so yeah, i'm kinda traumatised ryte now. wen all the other kidz were inspected by fast inspection officers, mine took his time. as usual, during these inspections, dey asked u bout whether ur gay & other crap. weirdly, the kidz find my answer funny. i dunno why.

Van Raya Pecot 60km/h Sahaja Kena Overtake Lorry

yesterday was a hilarious adventure aboard the 60km/h toko warisan van drove by 3 racers namely nasser engine-stall, zahri kalau-feddup-kat-kreta-marah-taik-goreng & hadi langgar-kerb-kat-carpark. haha, these 3 drivers does help the passengers behind in praying for their lives. nah, it was kool enuf of them to volunteer their driving skills. overall the whole day was fun & i didn't expect us to cover 11 houses which ended at bobz house at jurong west.
the mawnin trip to tampines was such a draggy one. surprisingly the westside boiz were damn on time reaching tampines at the stated time of 11.15am. thatz where we waited for nasser to pick us up wif the toko warisan van he pinjam-ed for the day. so herez a quick summary of pplez houses & the happenings.
Nasserz cribo- very nice furnishing ala rumah-rumah dato. the chandeliers were nice. mee maidin mak dia masak peh klasik. i tambah-ed 3 times.
Fais'z krib- masok pintu rumah dia je dulang dengan cawan cawannya jatoh time dia nak serve kiter. berkecai at last kena jadik maid skejap tu budak. watched vcd senario. adik dia punyelah tinggi.
Hafiz's house- nasser parking van ter-overshot. ate maggi which was klasik. the luohan at his house is damn huge. i love his estate's corridor.
Faiq's rumah- 1st time i stepped foot at some serangoon residential estate. firdaus was engrossed watchin the movie Honey in which he memorised the dialogues.
Haslinda's avalon- nice interior. met zayed bendahara with his baju batik. sental-ed all the ayam goreng available.
Zahri's batcave- well kept fishtanks. kek pandan klasik. his mum alwiz smiling so dat explains where he gets his 24hr smiley face.
Firdaus's sanctuary- erm, nobody expected his sister to be quite a prospect. heh.
Nuraini'z open house- da kancheong spider klas leader unfortunately was there. lotta pple glued to the big skrin teevee. bedal-ed cocktail.
Hadi's arcade- VERY klasik western styled food spread done by his mum. klasik mashed potatoes & nice desserts. took a group pic with a 'champions league' trophy. the kidz played need for speed wifout thinking of goin home.
Faisal's teban- watched true files at 10pm wen i tot channel 5 was showing top model. sat, drank, balik.
Bobz haven- makan lontong. nasser pakai boot phua chu kang & danced. hadiz baju kurung matched EXACTLY like the colour of bobz toilet.
ok datz bout it. 1 of the happening raya outingz i had. kool kidz, kool atmosphere, kool raya, kool van.

Kampung Getaway Yeah Yeah
spent hari raya at my kampung back in muar yesterday. met so many of my sedaraz whom i dun even kenal. but itz all kool. kampong people are peramah & i could strike up a conversation wif em. 1 of my sedara is a rubber tapper & hez my age. kool thing. mebi i wanna see how he does his job 1 day wen i balik kampong again. so, seeing my aunties, uncles & especially nenek does eliminate the exhaustion of the journey me & my parenz took. it was raining heavily at larkin bas terminal, insane traffic jam, human congestion at the customs etc etc. but hey, seeing dem smile upon our arrival is juz nice. happy 2 see dem, happy 2 see us.
so, wen i was sitting down & looking at my auntie bercerite panjang wif the rest, i noticed she had the same spex as me! hahaha....kool thing. cuma kaler dia lain & herz is the full framed type. plus diz makcik o mine kes rugged. she has the personality like anita sarawak. cara bebual dia makes me laf. kes on giler beb. hahaha...she was kind enuf to gif me a sweater from japan. save duit aku nak bli sweater baru. asik sweater gola je pakai....auntie sah aku gerek! her namez nafisah but since i was a kid i called her auntie sah. hurhur.
well, goin to the various houses is usually the same wen it comes to introduction. da usual intro my ayah did was 'ah ni ha anak saya sorang ni. masih skola lagik hah....umor dah blah blah blah....dah besar panjang pun tapi kalau kasik paku dan pengetok, tak bleh buat....'my dad does has his humorous side & those of u who think i can't nail, lantak kau. therez diz 1 datok at sum house kinda made me smile as i wanted to salam him as my familia dah nak balik.

me: erm, saya anak ahmad tok.

Hari Raya LaLaLa
yessa. itz that time of year again where u eat all the stuff thatz mostly cooked during hari raya. surprisingly the ketupat me & my ibu made while helping out my makcik tasted great. ok, i anyam-ed only 2 ketupats den i onli helped to fill in the rice in the ketupats. my momz lauk kari ayam is off the hook as at the end of the day, the periuk was dry. sedap i tell you....i could see my makciks & pakciks helping themselves to a 2nd serving of that lauk. anyhows, the lil ones that made the house riuh. i'm like the most senior guy in the whole grup as u will see in the album link below & u can see the stark difference between my age & them. smua kes below 10 yrs old & i'm like ahem ahem onli 16??? heh heh. but yeah, layan-ning them is a workout in itself. berpeloh layan ni budak-budak kecik. itz so kiut to see all the 4 lil boys whacking each other playfully & yearp, i'm alwiz the punching bag. yang si kecik 3 tahun tu dah rembat orang cam van damme. rasa beb tendangan dia kat kaki aku....kakaka....
so yearp, itz still a surprise i'm still a kid to my uncles & aunties....cos....i am still given letz say it has sumthin 2 do wif 'funds'....hahaha....oh yeah, now i'm recovering from a headache, due to the loud screams & lafters of the kids....since there was a 'soccer clinic' in my room tanx to my pakcik coach, bilik aku dah jadik training pitch ko tau! dribbling skills lah, heading drills etc. it was so lepak. wen those 4 lil boyz mit, itz chaotic. i can see dem growing up together & hopefully dey'll be the bestest of frens & can chill out. unlike me, wen dey reach my age, i'll be like twice their age already. dah jadik wak main dam kat kedai kopi nanti. how i wish i had relatives that were my age so i can juz hang around wif em. but hey, my familyz reali small & i'm content wif wat i haf ryte now. so yeah, i'll end my entry here. dunno watz the plan 4 tomorrow though. do go out & celebrate ok pple! pada yang adik adik yang baca ni, nak take advantage of duit raya tu janganlah over sangat ok....aight, i'm out.

wat a way to start off the morning yesterday wif the front page news of berita harian concerning the death of a gerl. it struck me dat shez the one whom i alwiz see in skool hanging out at the plaza. oh man, itz so sad how she had to pass away like dat. evri single year therez bound to be news of fatalities wen hari raya is approaching. coincidentally, shez my frenz saudara & i feel sad for her family. a young gerl with a bright future after poly in an instant left the world. i may not know her as a person but itz juz basic human sympathy u haf to feel for her. lifez too short & too precious to be taken away like dat. but hey, itz takdir at the end of the day. sumthin we mere mortals can't change for HE has written down how our lives are going to end. on an ending note, semoga Allah mencucuri rahmat ke atas rohnya dan mengampuni segala dosa-dosanya.

Sec Skul Kidz Magic Wok Rampage
yesterdayz entourage was so overwhelming. 26 kidz turned up from the class of 2001. so nice to see each & every one all grown up. but mostly the kidz grew horizontally. liza would be lafing hard ryte now if i mentioned the term 'aisbok bergerak' to her. overall, $10 spent on 7 lauks was like damn affordable. tambah nasi cam kat rumah sendiri since the restaurant gave us a whole mountain of rice. kenyang beb...plus the foodz there nice. the baby squids are so sedap...puas hati bukan di golden chance tetapi di magic wok.
after the makan-sampai-perot-buncit fiasco, the whole gang walked down all the way to takashimaya where it was all photos galore. during the journey there, raihan blanja-ed the kidz wif aiskrimz from the famous apek aiskrimz of orchard road. with the aiskrims in hand, we managed to catch up on all the happenings in our lives. wen gerlz meet up especially wen they've been klasmates, gossips are like firing from all corners. u can't help but join in the conversation. heh heh. sum are already teachers, sum are engaged, one of em is a berita harian reporter, sum are still studying, sum are waiting for their knights in shining armour to save em. chilled at taka for like an hour with intervals of photo taking sessions plus asking random people to take pictures for us.
well well, no pix are available here as of now. i'm waiting for raihanz pix from her digicam den i'm gonna compile my digicamz pic and liza's pix into an album at shutterfly den it'll be ready for all of you to see. for all you guys & gals out there, most of my frenz are single. nak kenal kenal mesti kasik aku korang peh concrete details. mat mat tappered rambut blonde tak yah apply. even wen sum of my frenz yang berpakaian minah, dorang pun tak minat kat mat. hahaha....well, therez one noraniza idris lookalike among my frenz. hold ur breath. till den, i love the class of 2001. life was so fun back den despite the stress of the O levels. but itz comforting to no da kidz are still up for these gatherings up to this day. raya outings are a compulsory thang for us. says a lot on how much we treasure our friendship ryte. so yeah, i love these kids.

hmm, on to personal happy news. serenaide's debut album is out next week! go grab it at tower records, fruitrecords.com & roxy records yang kat peninsula tu! da cover albums very klasik i tell ya. very old skul theme. itz a must haf local CD & i can guarantee u'll be groovin the instant u hear their musical style. sedap beb. tak tipu...& &, i can't wait for my online tees to arrive! hohoho. wonder if the tee size will fit me nicely. the US size M can be larger than the M size here in s'pore ryte. well, me & 2 of my frenz are saving moolah to buy diz polo tee brand that isn't available in s'pore.
