Mocca- It's Over Now
gosh, the singerz diction is sooooo unique. she doesn't sound indo at all. the song can even pass off as a caucasian voice if u hear it over the radio. well, the song above is seriously klasik. bleh buat lagu time orang kawin biler part dancing dancing kat dancefloor. tapi kena minus off the lyrics ah....boleh gadoh the couple if the lyrics is played together. tak kena tempat lah orang katakan....
anyways, nice tunes all round. the more eager to look forward to nex weekendz escapade. 3 dayz of klasik music. oh yeah, nina AKA rosiedosie can mimic da same voice as mocca's singer & this comes from her very own circle of good frenz. so nina, jangan tak jadi nyanyi kat kiter smua ah. heh.

watchin trigger happy teevee yesterday & actuali listenin Supergrass's Caught By The Fuzz in the background in one of their skitz did hit me to put on their cd. aaahhhh the times. itz gonna be Alright for we are young, we run green, keep our teeth, nice & clean.
i was itching around remembering a certain tune in my head all day which was playing continously in my mind. i can onli hear the chorus.

dang, turns out to be Ash's Aphrodite. put on the cd in the stereo again & played the song over & over thru the late nite. i feel like playin back all the albums in my collection. some albums i dunno why i even bought it in the 1st place. erm wat is Mtv Soul'd Out doin here??? oh well.
but now i'm listening to Creedence Clearwater Revival tanx to my dadz cd collection. he brought up a good point bout music the other day. he said back in the day, rock, metal, black sabbath like bands dun even haf explicit lyrics in their songs but still can keep the "anger" aura. some bands nowadays hafta scream expletives juz to get their point across. hmm...kinda true so to speak. u certainly dun see a "explicit lyric" stamp on Black Sabbath, Van Halen, Dio album covers don't we?

zahro (the 1 in the yellow jersey also known as chelsea tak bagos) aka HI aka kalau-makan-ice kacang-members-semua-tolak-tepi-dulu can officially watch RA movies as of today. but i blardy know he wun watch those. heh. hez been in the same class as me ever since sec 1 till up to this day & he hasn't changed 1 bit. seriously. hez the ever smiling kid wif the same hairdo. he loves to sit anywhere below a fan or at air-conditioned places in that case. every clique in skul knows him as the smiling chap. never seen him get mad before. thank god hez my FYP groupie or else me & nasser (the 1 in the pic promoting the bread) would be terpinga-pinga macam badot figuring out wat to do. so zahro, me & nasser will stop yapping bout music & stuffs while u are busy wiring up circuit connections. hurhur. ampun tuanku.

retrokid sure did surprised me during serenaidez gig. i was about to talk to him & when i turned my head, he was frantically on the way to the stage when man_buckle was giving away free badges & stickers during the freebie giveaway. kencang jugak si sekor ni. bagos. mebi dat dude was nervous on stage & he went to mention his not-alwiz-used 1st name.

well, as usual without doubt, serenaidez set as alwiz rawks big time. how i wish the atmosphere was like laz week at prince of wales. but but but, hotel 81 & man u jokes still exist. anyways, kak su & nina sky did manage to come jugak rupanya. nice to see these 2 again. kak su looking unusually taller den usual. Fast Forward Weekends
somehow, therez nothing much to look forward to during weekdays nowadays as most days are preoccupied with the final year project or just plain terpinga-pinga to absorb whatever the blardy lecturer is teaching. tutorials are like acting classes for i pretend to scribble down so called "notes" on the foolscap paper when all the while i'm drawing cavemen-like artwork. thus, weekend gigs are just the perfect way to relax in my opinion. not the pekik-pekik sorta gigs, just the chillout kinds.
so, maybe i'll be bumping into doc-buaharitoko & his gang esok. the "ni semer trick" agent. the online conspirator of friendster profile searches. mostly of his friends that is. heh. well, i've got nothing much to say really for this week. so see you people at the esplanade at 10pm esok. selamat hari raya haji. sambutlah kehadiran kambing yang lambat tiba.
oh yeah, before i go, i can't help but notice that my school makes an effort to build all the nice building structures in front of dover MRT. so call giving the impression to train riders that SP is some institution that has the coolest infrastructure. little do these people know that the blocks at the back area resembles a pau kacang factory. but with whatever faults that i see in my school, no faults whatsoever with the ayam goreng of foodcourt 2. itz crispy, original recipe, top secret rempah from the makcik. klasik.

wat can i say, serenaidez launch was such a memorable one. kool crowd, sing alongs, cosy ambience etc. never have i had the guts to stand at the front row at any event & jiggy away like nobodyz business. can't help it, u juz HAVE to groove to their tunes. bop ur head if u wanna, shake ur shoulders if u feel like it but 1 tingz for sure, u'll be groovin away. thumbs up to the band & the organisers. catch the band again this saturday at 10pm di esplanade- teater persisiran. bring ur tosai's & any other indian food so we all can makan anak beranak 1 korner. oh yeah, kuah jangan campor.

Past Entries & The Laughter Within
being a boring saturday, i had a laf reading my past entries since the very start of the existence of this blog. gotta admit a lotta entries during the start soundz childish. itz been 300+ entries so far & i'm sure this blog will be stagnant wen the middle of the year arrives. kinda horrifying to conclude that the early entries of my blog are all full of text. not even a single picture in sight. how boring can that be. slowly, the tagboard, the counter & photobucket came into place & here i am now. a simple blog wif a pic of a dude who has phobias for tauge, tempeh & for some weird reason, gangster minahs wif tattoos onboard the train. especially if i'm sitting opposite dem.

Woohoo Retrokidz turning ____ today. Yeah, therez a new abang abang lobang in the house. Heh. Gif him any boyband song during karaoke sessions & he'll croon away perfectly. Itz a pity sporez 1st boyband "The Echoboys" didn't discover his talent. If not, the group will hit cult status as Take That by now. damn, that is like super lame yet it has it's humorous side. as u no, itz actuali trying to poke fun at the band simple plan but to me the context doesn't really fit in. whenever i ask a person that question & get that reply, i do giggle but at the back of my mind says 'smartass...'

never underestimate apekz wif huge glasses, unbuttoned polo tee, ultra short beige Kangol shorts & slippers...he might juz haf along wif him loads of cash. datz wat i saw at the post office as i queued behind one. he fished out dozens & dozens of dark blue yusof ishakz ($50) to pay some bill & still haf lotsa orange yusof ishakz ($100) in his wallet. i could do nothing but juz gape. the thought of asking him for juz one orange note did cross my mind. would it make a difference to him? i dun tink so.
oh yeah juni size 4, dat budak kecik is my makcik nye anak. so cousin or nephew ah? hurhur. i'm reali bad at 'term' calling wen it comes to family relations. pardon me ya. niwayz, ur not a princess juz as yet. wat else, hmm....raihan aka cashier aka jendul aka tote beg contributor has her blog up again. cek it out in my links. if u peepz forget to bring cash, gif her a holler ok. she'll be there for you. ni baru namanyer kawan sejati. heh heh.

when ur sitting down & starting to eat ur meal, spare a thought for the victims of the tsunami tragedy. watchin the news juz now of homeless people cooking a meagre meal on the streets is just sad. well, moving on......
this cutey ryte here is starting kindergarten school diz monday. parenz are allowed to accompany their kidz on the 1st day but on the 2nd day, they're not allowed to. i wonder how my makcik is gonna handle that. suspek dia yang nangis tengok anak dia naik van skola. khekhekhe....kidz diz dayz haf such a small amount of time to haf fun. b4 u no it, my cute lil makcik-peh-anak is starting to learn the basics & even study on how to use the computer. i wun be amazed if diz kid suddenly adds me on frenster or MSN. hez such an adorable & smart kiddo. smart till hez now my makcikz personal assistant wen kolz come into her household. he would be picking up the fon & say HARRRLLLLOOOOEEEEE.......hello ber-tajwid lah katakan....oh well, hope no girl is gonna fall in love wif him in skul for he is seriously cute.
