Lights Camera Action
utterly fun nite out with the kids at the arts museum yesterday. just for showing up, you get a couple of Trexi figurines, a commemorative badge & complimentary museum passes. it's not the freebies that were the highlights of the day though. the tunes of The Smiths & Interpol's "slow hands" being blasted around midnight was. not forgetting the spasm movements of the kids which were a laugh altogether. oh yeah, Tiramisu undoubtedly is such a joy to watch on stage. been humming "dewa dewa dewa" all day.

the visuals that accompanied the night away.

the scene. absolutely klasik murals done on the walls.

here's another section of what i'd like to call Then & Now.

besides the obvious difference in hair length, we try to look more serious in pictures. coming of age perhaps? right...

Of Courtesy & Basics
when someone does you a favour, it's just basic to say thank you. a thank you in the form of one word replies sounding arrogant just puts me off. maybe i should start learning to say No.
but nevermind, anger in the long run won't do any good. for smiles, this snap makes me laugh. whatever were we thinking...

The Boboy's

when staying in camp and bored out of our wits, we doze off at 10pm. when at home, knocking off at that time is just too weird.

Makciks Gone Wild & A DJ Simply Called Dave
if you think makciks can't groove, you're so dead wrong. makciks bopping their heads and shaking their shoulders to the tunes of hindustani songs just give me the creeps. how hormonal they can be when their hero hindustan from malaysia croons his hit songs of yesteryears. one even held the hand of DJ Dave & refused to let go unless she got a picture oppurtunity with him. all this while he's still trying to sing & sweat profusely dripping. i suspect those sweat are from fear his life would be in danger in the hands of some psycho makcik. the photo taking session with the two Dia actors was even more chaotic. one even went to the extent of shoving me with her wrist full of 24K gold bangles from golden chance i suspect, telling me to hurry up & let her take a pic. i'll leave you readers with a quote from a makcik who was behind me in the queue complaining how noisy & kiasu other makciks can be during the photo taking session.
"ah macam ginilah perangai mak mak kat luar kalau laki dorang dengan anak anak kat rumah."

me & the ma'am who took a whole hour to dress up.

all the mayhem because of this guy. blurry pic due to the hustle & bustle of half a century old women.

standing guard

commando cutie turns 5 today

no it's not a pontianak in a ballroom on a chair. some overzealous makcik screaming the name of that singer like how guys shout when watching soccer matches.

the ma'am, dj dave & a whole lot of unknowns.

i was this close to her and again, some makcik just had to ruin the shot with her shovings.

herfiza's voice is damn cute live. i didn't really took much notice of reza though. like there is a need anyway.

to bad you can't take pictures side by side with them. if not you'll be seeing some specky dude beside her instead.

world peace society.

salut!
being in a queue with a bunch of nyonyas and their trusty umbrellas and apeks fiddling through their stash of 4D tickets is definitely weird. i tried to fit in the scene by wearing my capal. atleast i tried. vote for pedro nonetheless.
let's not shit ourselves with no brakes at such great heights.
