Airin-chan & The Kimono Girls
the favourite japanese girls of the familia dropped by KL for hari raya and my family made a trip down there upon hearing the news. such joy seeing them all smiling and healthy. first things first, ever since i was a kid, these 2 japanese cousins of mine can't pronounce my name properly. might be their native tongue or something. so came the weird sounding name of Airin. and, those cousins of mine are Asriah & Melissa. in their mid 20's and to guy friends of mine, no "nak kenal kenal dengan sedara jepun kau boleh?".

RM1 nasi lemak baybeh! damn nice at that.
might be a white tv screen to you but it's actually Peter Pan's mungkin bila nanti playing and that's uncle kenji singing to it. with his karaoke system having a point system after a song, he scored a 68. impressive right. no joke.
humble kampung & the only japanese settlers around.
and now i'm awaiting the other pics from asriah's digicam. much clearer pics considering hers' is a 10.1 megapixel camera. but i'm actually waiting for their pic in baju kurung. call me biased but my cousins look hot in them. so sweetttttt. will post em when i get em.

Complex Logic Of The X & Y's
hesitation and uncertainty lingers around the mind when your eyes suddenly transfix on someone. of all the hundreds in the crowd passing through the faregates, your eyes just focused on her. wondering why is another riddle in itself. maybe it's the cardigan she wore? the pretty mary janes she's donning? or just simply the eyes and smile she owns. even the words from friends talking to you seems muted for that few seconds as you gaze away at her. only to be hit back into reality with a nudge.
it's only when the group sat down to grab an ice blended later in the day & there she was with her cliques, the mind asked "should i? should i?" and in that precise moment, all flaws of self started to kick in. the flaws get the better of you as you walk away not looking back. it's only when you reach your humble abode with silence greeting you that you finally succumb to realise how dumb you're not going for it. for perhaps there might be a chance after all. slim or not. life's too short for regrets by then.
and i'll let you in a bit about myself. perception kills. i listen to this everytime frustration sets in. it's getting routine these days. people playing you out is normal and this song is therapy. behind the screams lie words of contempt. which is what i'm feeling right now.
