hairspray + electric canvas + indie dj set + van she. got to love the beatnik picnic venue with it's pyramid like stage structure and teepee tents modelled a bit like glastonbury. with mud too.

dj hong spinning chemical brothers, ting tings, digitalism and a lot more heart thumping tunes throughout the night. was particularly excited when he played Black Kids. the singer sounds a bit like robert smith don't you think? for those of you who don't know the band or listen to rick astley, the song is linked below,
