High Skirts & Steamer Shorts
Was browsing through a former classmate's facebook album and wished i hadn't clicked on it. Been laughing all alone at work looking through the scanned secondary school pictures and memories attached to it. Damn we've really grown up.
Yeah, it was legs galore back then. Everyone was squinting their eyes as our class photo was taken at exactly noon. The sun didn't help to make us look good either.
When all the boys upgraded to long white pants. Couldn't help but feel abang-abang in it and smirking at the sight of the Sec 1 & 2's. But reality did hit upon me that the pants made my ass look big so i was pretty low profile.
Now we're talking! hahahahaha. Zaman Elite pakai skirt tinggi beb! I've always thought why would the girls hassle themselves tucking in their shirt tightly every few minutes. I suppose it's their way of looking hot. Some are lovely mothers already now.
If any of you (my secondary schoolmates) happen to bump to this entry, don't be mad ok. It's just my way of saying i really do miss everyone back in school and we really went through a lot until secondary 5. No mean feat having the school's expectation of sec 5 kids whom some will just write them off by saying we're just wasting our time in school. That aside, i can't help but be quietly happy when i hear news concerning some classmates getting married, have kids, having good jobs etc etc. Would be great to have everyone back in class in the same seating arrangement and take a class photo again eh. Now that would be nostalgic wouldn't it.
